Refund Policy

AVR agro takes great pride in our products.

In the event of an incorrect order being delivered please send across a picture of the parcel to us on WhatsApp number or Email with subject "Refund" given below and we will initiate another order. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.

In the event of a product received in damaged condition which is highly unlikely, please take a photograph of the same showing damaged parts with product label and shipping label and send it us within 24 hours of the package being received, to Email given below with the Subject - ‘Damaged Package’. On confirming damage occur, we will send across a replacement parcel. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.

In case a parcel is lost in transit or was returned due to the issue from the logistics side, a return parcel will be sent within a day of updating of status (Return or lost) on the logistics tracking website. This new parcel should reach you within a week. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is submitted, it automatically goes to the packing department and we begin preparing to ship out the product. In case of cancellation, please send us an email with the Subject - ‘Cancellation’. Email shall be sent within two hours of your order to process cancellation with acceptance. Order cannot be cancelled when shipping is initiated
